Scheduling Policies

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In an effort to be effective and fair to all parties, clients and practitioner, the following policies are honored:

Cancellations:
A 12 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 12 hour advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment.

No-show:
Those who forgo their appointment will be considered a no-show. No-show clients will be charged $80 per hour for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible to pay for the full session. Please be on time.
