Welcome!
Some of you know I’ve gone back to college for a Master of Arts in Humanities at CSUN Tseng. One of the best things I’m beginning to learn is how to articulate concepts I’ve thought about, but didn’t exactly have a language for, regarding my bodywork practice and politics-through a humanities based lens.
This blog is an expression of my own personal revolution through WAR - Wellness (bodywork), Art (supporting local artists and personal creations) and Recreation (college and other endeavors). It's a personal WAR against oppressive systems and structures.
